Age restriction
To purchase alcohol you must be aged over 18 years of age. It is an offence to buy or attempt to buy alcohol if you are aged under 18. It is also an offence to buy or attempt to buy alcohol on behalf of someone aged under 18. By placing an order on our website you are affirming that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are not certain that you are aged over 18.
Minimum purchase
There is no minimum purchase on our website and the prices you see include delivery. For this reason we aren’t able to ship part-cases, nor combinations of products other than those shown.
Product availability
All products are subject to availability. Being artisanal cider makers we only produce small batches of ciders. For this reason we may occasionally need to make substitutions in our mixed cases, and some products may go out of stock permanently. For mixed case selections, if you include a note of your cider preferences during checkout, we will do our best to align with these, but we cannot guarantee this will be possible and you may not receive your exact request.
Order issues
When placing an order it is your responsibility to provide full and accurate details including your correct email address and your full, correct postal address including the correct postcode. We cannot be held responsible for any losses or damage as a result of you not receiving the package due to providing inaccurate information. If you have opted for the courier to be able to leave your package with a neighbour or in a safe place, we cannot be held responsible for it after it has been delivered there.
On rare occasions we may need to refuse, amend or cancel an order. If this happens we will let you know as soon as possible.
Delivery
Please ensure there is someone aged over 18 to take delivery of the parcel when it arrives. Delivery is normally within 3 to 5 working days, but as Temple Cider consists of just a compact team of two, please allow 7 working days from date or ordering. If a delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, for example severe weather conditions or problems with the courier network, we accept no responsibility for consequential loss where a delivery is delayed or missed. Any refund will be at our discretion.
For more details relating to delivery, please see our Delivery page.
Refunds
Ciders, being perishable goods, are exempt from being returned. However, for faulty or damaged goods you may be given a refund or replacement. For goods damaged in transit we will need clear photos of the damaged package and contents. For faulty products we may require these to be returned to us.
Cider
All of our ciders are best kept in a cool, dry place. This is especially important for bag-in-box ciders and these should consumed within 2 months of purchase and as soon as possible after opening, preferably within 2 weeks.
Some of our ciders have a harmless natural sediment that is produced by the in-bottle fermentation, which is as intended and is not a fault. Pour carefully if you prefer to leave the sediment in the bottle.
