Yes, that’s a gold medal-winning cider!
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we have won a gold medal in the International Cider Challenge 2025.
This is the first year we have entered the International Cider Challenge and so we decided to enter just the one cider to see how it fared. For that one cider to win a gold medal is therefore such a wonderful surprise. We are so delighted!
The gold medal-winning cider is the Temple Cider Yarlington Mill Keeved 2022 which we entered in the Bottle Conditioned Cider (including French Style) category.
The judges’ comments are as follows:
Sautéed apple, heavily phenolic, very deep nose. Recognisably Yarlington Mill sv. Perfect example of character. An intense drink with sugar just in balance with the fruit.
As with all of our ciders, the Yarlington Mill Keeved 2022 is a small-batch, artisanal product, and so it won’t be around for ever. Don’t miss trying it!
