Bag in Box Dorset craft ciders

Bag-in-Box ciders:

  • Temple Dry – blend of handpicked traditional cider apples and dessert/culinary apples, fermented to dry. Unsweetened. 6.3% ABV.
  • Temple Medium – blend of handpicked traditional cider apples and dessert/culinary apples, fermented to dry, then back-sweetened with our own apple juice. 5.4% ABV.
  • Somerset Redstreak – Somerset Redstreak is a tannic, bittersweet cider apple. This is a crisp single-varietal, unsweetened still cider with a mildly peppery finish. 7.2% ABV.
  • Yarlington Mill – Yarlington Mill is a classic, bittersweet cider apple. This is an unsweetened single-varietal still cider with hints of cinnamon spice and mellow tannins. 7.3% ABV.

Bag-in-Box perry:

  • Hendre Huffcap – made from the Hendre Huffcap variety of perry pear we harvested by hand in Gollop orchard in 2024. Stone-fruit flavours with astringency. 5.7% ABV.

Keg-fermented, live cider and perry

Live cider and perry which completed fermentation within a keg. Naturally sparkling (pét nat) with a fine, soft mousse.

20-litre PolyKegs (bag-in-keg) with Sankey connector:

  • Yarlington Mill – Single varietal cider. Yarlington Mill is a bittersweet cider apple that offers juicy fruit flavours, hints of cinnamon spice, and mellow tannins. 7.4% ABV.
  • Yarlington Mill & Dabinett – Yarlington Mill and Dabinett apples pressed and fermented together. Warm spice notes with vanilla, citrus and a tannic finish. 7.0% ABV.
  • Single Orchard – Bittersharp and bittersweet cider apples, with dessert and culinary apples, picked from a single old orchard. Refreshingly upbeat cider. 6.4% ABV.
  • Coat Jersey – Single varietal cider. Delicious, with a hint of bitterness on the finish. This unique cider is Jo’s current favourite. 6.6% ABV.
  • Kingston Black – Single varietal cider. Refreshingly sharp with hints of tropical fruit and honeysuckle aroma. Gently tannic finish. 7.2% ABV.
  • HMJ Brown’s Keeved – Harry Masters Jersey and Brown’s Apple varieties, keeved and fermented in keg for incredible natural sparkle and natural sweetness. 4.0% ABV.
  • Thorn Perry – Single varietal perry from Thorn perry pears we handpicked in Gollop orchard. Light and fruity with elderflower and citrus notes. 5.6% ABV.
  • Brandy Pear Perry – Single varietal perry from Brandy variety of perry pears handpicked in Gollop orchard. Beautiful light-coloured perry tasting of honeyed pears with stone fruits. Subtle acidity and a soft tannic finish. Gorgeous! 5.2% ABV.
